HaPI provides preparation for a career in library/information work in healthcare and pharmaceutical environment, or enables development of an established career in the sector.
It is particularly aimed at those intending to work in libraries and information services in the health service, including consumer health information and medicines information services, in research, medical, and commercial information services in the pharmaceutical industry, and in other sectors - eg academic libraries, publishing, and database building - with a strong heath or pharmaceutical focus.
You will also be well prepared to undertake further academic research or to pursue a higher degree.
