VAST Challenge 2010

The VAST challenge is an annual competition organised by IEEE as part of VisWeek. This year's challenge involved examining large datasets on the theme of a global pandemic of a disease, its genetic evolution and possible causes.

giCentre Entries to the 2010 VAST Challenge

We submitted three entries to the 2010 VAST challenge. Entries for Mini Challenges 2 and 3 won an award for 'Good overall design and analysis'. Details of each entry, including explanatory videos are given below:
